I slow-cooked this Wagyu silverside on a Sunday and honestly, it was the best corned beef we've ever had. It came out so tender and juicy, with a rich flavour that you just don’t get from regular cuts. Served it up with mash and veggies. Easy, hearty, and thumbs up all round.
