Unlike regular Wagyu raised solely for meat, Keisangyū comes from former breeding cows who’ve lived, purposeful lives.

With less intense marbling, this beef delivers a richer, deeper umami flavour and a firmer texture – ideal for those who find typical Wagyu too fatty and crave a meatier, more complex experience.

Our Keisangyū have been exclusively grassfed here on Tumbledown, ethically raised and 100% free of artificial hormones.
